If there’s a fault, in most cases, lightning-fast troubleshooting is possible via remote maintenance, without the need for a technician to come to you. If required, the modular plug and play design of the portafilter machines enables fast on-site service. We guarantee minimal downtime.
Of course, we provide you with the best service – renting one of our portafilter machines also includes our all-round carefree package – our competent service with an emergency hotline includes everything from installing your coffee machine to starting up the machine, as well as technical support and spare parts if it requires maintenance.
